  • Recycling Off-Cuts: All fabric off-cuts from our production are meticulously recycled to minimise landfill waste.
  • Client Fabric Recycling: We receive fabric back from our clients and ensure it is properly recycled, contributing to a circular economy.
  • Fabric Repurposing: Recycled fabrics are broken down and repurposed to make mattress fill, ensuring that no material goes to waste.

Energy Efficiency

  • Solar Power: By harnessing solar energy, we reduce our reliance on the grid by 60%, significantly lowering our carbon footprint.
  • Energy-Efficient Equipment: Our state-of-the-art machinery, including the Durst P5 TEX iSub printer, is designed for optimal energy efficiency, further reducing our environmental impact.

Eco-Friendly Materials

  • Water-Based Inks: Our inks are water-based, ensuring they are non-toxic and safe for both our workers and the environment.
